We are developing a unique project together with Bollnäs Kommun and Rörvikshus.
13 houses with mountain home design. Chalets built for warmth and fellowship.
Safe and Secure
Here your children can grow up in a safe and secure environment.
Bike to School
They can ride their bikes to school on a safe road.
Summer
During the summer you can swim at one of the close-by lakes, go fishing or boating.
Winter
In the winter you can go skiing at Bolle or Järvsöbacken or go snowmobiling.
Rörvikshus
A mountain home from Rörvikshus is a well designed house from the inside out. Enjoy and socialize with family and friends after a wonderful day skiing.
Idre
Idre is a mountain house that suits sloping plots. The entrance is on the upper level where you also find a combined kitchen / living room. The big windows give you a fantastic view over snow-covered plains.
Branäs
With a total of 10 beds in the 5 bedrooms, Branäs provides plenty of room for your family and friends. The kitchen and livingroom are open up to the top level, which is nice and spacious with large windows.
Orsa
A modern mountain house with a stylish design. The gable towards the patio has large windows which together with the round window give the house a unique character.

Zoning Plan 2023
The Växsjö 7:64 zoning plan is finalized and approved.

Forest clearing 2024
Forest has been cleared to make way for the houses.

Plot division in progress
The plot is being cadastrally divided into 13 new plots.

Water and drainage in progress
Helsingevatten is currently projecting the digging of the water and sewer pipes.

Construction start 2026
Construction starts.

Completion 2027
Once the construction process is complete, we will hand over the house. Upon completion, the keys will be handed over, and you will officially become the owner of the house.
Stage 1 – 4 chalets
Lappstavägen 24, 26, 28, 30
In stage 1, we will build 4 houses type “Idre” on Lappstavägen. Idre is a chalet that fits sloping plots. The entrance is on the upper floor, where you will find a combined kitchen and living room with large windows.
Stage 2 – 9 chalets
Sågtorparvägen 12-21
In stage 2, we will build 5 houses of the “Branäs” type and 4 houses of the “Orsa” type. Chalets with plenty of space for the family with many friends. The large windows allow natural light in.
