It’s now official! The Land Survey has completed the proceedings (case X2634) and made a decision to subdivide Växsjö 7:64.
This means that 13 new residential plots are now formed and ready for construction. The new properties are called Växsjö 7:162–7:174 and are located along Lappstavägen in Lottefors. At the same time, the Växsjö ga:7 community facility has been reassessed and expanded with a new road section so that all plots have good and safe road access all year round.
The decision is now valid
The Land Survey made the decision on March 25, 2026. The appeal period expired on April 22, 2026 and no appeals have been received. The new plots will soon appear in the property register and the sales can now start for real!
Stage 1 – Lappstavägen
In the first stage, we are building four houses of the “Idre” type on the four highest plots. Idre is a modern mountain house that is perfectly adapted to the sloping plots. The entrance is on the upper floor with a large combined kitchen and living room and a lovely view of the area.
